I work with Individuals, Couples and Groups.
Typically, individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 75 minutes, once a week. Consistency is an important part of therapy because it helps us develop our relationship and keep the momentum going. Rates My rates are consistent with those of other local psychotherapists with my training and experience. Please call me to find out about my current rates. Sliding Scale I believe that psychotherapy should be affordable and available to those in need. To better meet the needs of those who cannot afford my standard fee, I offer a portion of my available slots at a sliding scale rate. Please call me to discuss your situation and inquire about the availability of these slots. Insurance If you have PPO Health Insurance, a health savings account, or a medical reimbursement account through your employer, I can provide you with a statement for reimbursement. Please contact your employer or insurance company (regarding "out-of-network" reimbursement) to verify coverage for psychotherapy services. Our initial 20 minute phone consultation is free. |

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
